Privacy policy
Short version: we do not have accounts, we do not sell data, and your quiz answers stay in your browser.
What we collect
Romance Book Finder has no accounts and no sign-up. The quiz and the "books like" finder run entirely in your browser; your answers are not sent to us. Your browser may remember your last quiz on your own device (local storage) so you can pick up where you left off. You can clear it any time by clearing site data.
Hosting and basic logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
Affiliate links and cookies
When you follow a link to Amazon, Amazon may set cookies so a purchase can be credited to us. That happens on Amazon's site and is covered by Amazon's own privacy notice. We do not see what you buy.
Changes
If we add features that collect data (such as accounts), we will update this page first.
